Hee! Well we can't all love the same guys, we'd fall over each other as we stalked them....lol. I've always thought that Del P. looked much stronger and confident in league play than national duty (I blame it all on Trap whom I despise, my fave Italy coach was actually Dino Zoff). I agree that Vieri was still probably in some pain. My view is that he was there for the intimidation factor. I'd imagine he gives defenders nightmares. Whenever I see him heading for the area in attack I always think of Monty Python and the Holy Grail when they yell "Run away, run away!"
