I was too disheartened to care that we are currently a point behind Inter. Our guy is having a great season and now this and it's not like he'd have a lonely, penurious existence without football. Who could blame him for choosing wife, tots and leisure?

It's probably the end of Becks' international career, poor thing. I can't imagine LA Galaxy is thinking printable thoughts about us either.
