Will Italy please pass a law forbidding Totti from ever speaking to the press again? Can they also ask his mother to administer all the spankings she obviously forgot during his childhood? Much of what Totti says can usually be dismissed as sillyness but his comments about the Golden Ball were disgusting. Perhaps Paolo and Nessie can give him a few lessons on graciousness in defeat as well as victory. He's a great player but I think it diminishes him when he behaves like a spoiled three year old who didn't get the biggest piece of cake.

Speaking of spoiled players, Rivaldo needs to realise that he probably isn't going to be signed by a huge club and he should make up his mind soon. Trap will apparently be quitting after Euro2004...why not before I wonder? Then we could hire Capello or Ancelotti or even get Dino Zoff back; I liked him!
